An Bord Pleanála has decided to uphold the planning permission granted by Cork City Council for the development of the Prism Building. Close to Parnell Bus Station in the city centre, Tower Holdings’ €20 million Prism development will provide office units to the area. The commercial development will accommodate 300 work stations over 5,574 square metres.
