Great Western Mining sends US drill samples for analysis

Irish company hopes that US site has significant potential for copper, as well as silver and gold.

Great Western Mining has completed a nine-hole drilling programme on its copper-gold prospect in the state of Nevada in America and has sent the drill samples for analysis.

The AIM and ESM quoted mineral exploration company, run by Wexford-based mining veteran and executive chairman Emmett O’Connell, has 73 square kilometres of mineral claims in south-west Nevada and has indicated that it has significant potential for copper, as well as silver and gold.
