The government is facing major shortfalls in savings to be delivered under the Haddington Road Agreement across the health sector, *The Sunday Business Post* can reveal.

Just two months after the government and trade unions signed a revised deal to deliver savings of almost €150 million in the HSE, a shortfall of one third of these savings is predicted in an official document seen by this newspaper.
