Google+ quickly notches up 20 million users

Google+, the new social networking service from Google, has been forecast to reach 20 million users by this weekend despite the fact that it is still only open to people who receive an invitation from existing users.

Google+, the new social networking service from Google, has been forecast to reach 20 million users by this weekend despite the fact that it is still only open to people who receive an invitation from existing users.

US-based statistician Paul Allen estimated that the number of Google+ users worldwide reached 7.3 million by midweek, up from 1.7 million users on July 4.
