The first phase of an exclusive golf resort in western Cyprus goes on sale this month, and its developers believe it offers year-round rental potential to overseas investors.

The Minthis Hills scheme is to be built on a hillside site six kilometres north of the port town of Pafos and 650 metres above sea level.
