Over a quarter of a million people filed their tax returns online with the Revenue Online Service last year, and that number is set to grow in the future. Emmet Ryan reports.

Filing tax returns online is becoming more popular, with nearly a quarter of a million people using the Revenue Online Service (ROS) in 2006.

Many people tend to leave filing until the last minute, and over 30,000 returns were filed on the extended deadline...
