Glen Dimplex chief in €1.8m property loans battle with Anglo

The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) has launched a High Court case against Seán O'Driscoll, the chief executive of Glen Dimplex, over loans totalling €1.8 million.

The Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) has launched a High Court case against Seán O'Driscoll, the chief executive of Glen Dimplex, over loans totalling €1.8 million. The businessman has written to the bank, stating that he will lodge the money with the courts, pending the outcome of a separate legal case he has taken against the bank over failed property funds.
