Cream of the crop: Glanbia’s managing director Siobhán Talbot is looking beyond its dairy roots.

The slide deck given to Glanbia’s investors last week makes very clear where the priority for the company is. The front cover of the 26-page document shows an athlete jogging beside a waterfront, while throughout the presentation there are photos of bodybuilders and drums of the company’s weight-building formula and high protein bars.
