Glanbia posts 9% revenue growth despite challenges

Glanbia has reiterated its 2013 earnings guidance and posted revenue growth of 9 per cent.

Glanbia has reiterated its 2013 earnings guidance and posted revenue growth of 9 per cent.

The Irish dairy company said that it expects continued growth from its US cheese and global nutritionals operations. Nevertheless, it said that some parts of its business are facing challenges, with market conditions expected to lead to lower year-on-year performances in its ingredient technologies and consumer products divisions.
