The Competition Authority has cleared Glanbia’s proposed €20 million acquisition of Wexford Creamery.
The Competition Authority has cleared Glanbia’s proposed €20 million acquisition of Wexford Creamery. The Irish competition watchdog notified both parties in recent days that it has cleared the proposed acquisition as it has “formed the view that the transaction will not substantially lessen competition in markets for goods or services in the state”.
