Cooley Legends Triathlon, August 19
This Olympic distance triathlon takes places in the medieval village of Carlingford, Co Louth. The route will consist of a 1.5km swim in Carlingford Lough, followed by a 40km cycle out to Omeath and back. Finally, participants will run 10km to Greenore and back, which is a completely flat route.
