German parliamentarians may read a report of the country’s BND secret service on Cypriot bank practices in Berlin parliament’s secure chamber, the finance ministry said.

The BND dossier allegedly shows that prospective euro area aid for Cypriot banks will benefit “Russian oligarchs, businessmen and Mafiosi” who hold “black” money investments in Cyprus, Der Spiegel reported yesterday, citing BND.
