Germany's high court is to proceed to rule tomorrow on a request for an injunction blocking ratification of the eurozone's permanent bailout fund, the ESM.

Today the court rejected a last minute effort to delay the decision.

The move to delay the decision came from Pater Gauweiler, an opponent of the government stance on the euro.
