German business sentiment weakens again in October

German business sentiment for industry and trade fell for a sixth month in a row in October as the outlook for Europe’s largest economy continues to deteriorate.

German business sentiment for industry and trade fell for a sixth month in a row in October as the outlook for Europe’s largest economy continues to deteriorate.

The Ifo Business Climate Index fell to 103.2 points, down from 104.7 points in the previous month.

Expectations with regard to the six-month business outlook also continued to cloud over, the Munich-based think tank said.
