Strong growth in Germany helped boost investment in European offices by 40 per cent last year, according to a new report from commercial property consultant CBRE.

According to the latest edition of the firm’s Offices Market View, more than €230 billion worth of office investment deals were transacted across Europe last year, driving yields down to an average of 4.94 per cent.
