Many of the original period features remain intact
Colliers International has achieved in excess of €2.8 million for 26 Fitzwilliam Square, a well-presented Georgian building on the south side of the central city square in Dublin 2.
The building comprises a net internal area of about 418 square metres with six car spaces to the rear. The sale did not include a mews at the rear, which is held under separate ownership.
