The head of Britain’s human trafficking centre is to brief gardai tomorrow at the Garda College in Templemore, as part of a major initiative aimed at tackling the exploitation of non-Irishwomen and children.

The centre’s director and a former assistant director of the National Criminal Intelligence Service (NCIS), Detective Chief Superintendent Nick Kinsella, is one of Britain’s top detectives.
