The Garda Síochána are to seek legal discovery of some of the Anglo tapes released by the Independent group of newspapers in recent weeks, arguing they do not have all the tapes published.

Officers involved in the investigations into a number of events at the former Anglo Irish Bank will argue that they do not have some of the tapes released by the Irish Independent.
