Garda watchdog suffered from force's hostility

The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (GSOC) has said that some rogue police officers are causing the policing watchdog operational headaches. However, a new report produced by the GSOC suggests that it has also suffered from bad relations with the main Garda representative bodies.
