Just over a year ago, Odhran Ginnity found himself browsing the recruitment website Jobs.ie. He had just left a management job at translation firm Bowne Global Solutions, and he wanted to check out his options.
One job immediately caught his eye - managing director of the website itself. He submitted his application, met the directors and started within a month.
