Turnover at Gama Construction Ireland, the Turkish company accused of exploiting migrant workers, rose by more than 130 per cent to €89.9 million in 2003, according to the company's most recent accounts.

Turnover at Gama Construction Ireland, the Turkish company accused of exploiting migrant workers, rose by more than 130 per cent to €89.9 million in 2003, according to the company's most recent accounts.

The company made a pretax loss of €5million that year, but said “a satisfactory level of trading was achieved'‘. It said it had started a number of new projects in 2004 and planned to make Ireland its base for European and US projects.
