The Abhainn na mBradan scheme, at Newtownsmith off Shop Street in Galway city centre, has come on the market.

The riverside scheme, which is being developed by Curley Holdings, will include retail units, offices, a coffee shop with a full-height atrium looking out onto the River Corrib, and four penthouses.

The site also looks out onto the Galway Cathedral. It was previously the CT Electric and ESB site and before that, was a flour mill....
