Galway greentech entrepreneur Gerry Brandon is set to acquire a subsidiary of a British industrial engineering company for more than €1 million.

Galway greentech entrepreneur Gerry Brandon is set to acquire a subsidiary of a British industrial engineering company for more than €1 million.

The purchase of Pursuit Marine Drive by Brandon's biotechnology firm, Cellulac, is at an advanced stage but subject to shareholder approval. The deal involves the transfer of more than €2 million worth of assets, including a number of chemical reactors for use by Cellulac in Ireland.
