Gourmet coffee roasting company the Galway Roast is expanding its franchise network, and will open a store in London early next year.

Gourmet coffee roasting company the Galway Roast is expanding its franchise network, and will open a store in London early next year.

Established in Tuam five years ago by Niall Murphy, the company opened its first franchise store in Castlebar last December, and a takeaway coffee outlet in Galway city in March.

Murphy, who attended the London School of Coffee, roasts the coffee beans himself and has had many enquiries about his products.
