GAA to recoup €60m from Croke Park in ten years
The GAA is set to recoup more than €60 million from Croke Park over the next ten years.
Croke Park (Pairc an Chrocaigh Teo), the holding company behind the stadium, has entered into an agreement to pay the GAA at least €6 million a year over the next ten years.
The figure is expected to increase significantly over the coming years. The first instalment was made paid to the GAA last year.
The stadium’s director, Peter McKenna, said Croke Park had moved from a ‘‘cash drain to a revenue-generating vehicle’’ for the GAA....
