Shares in Irish fruit distributor Fyffes are volatile this morning, following a 14 per cent plummet yesterday.

The fall in shares resumed immediately the markets opened and they were down almost 2 per cent initially. But they then gained almost 0.6 per cent before slipping somewhat again. At 8.35am they are down 0.3 per cent.
