Further 100 units released to the market at The Paddocks
The launch of the first 220 apartments, dup l ex u n i t s and houses released for sale at The Paddocks in Adamstown earlier this month achieved sales worth more than €80 million in less than one week.
Following the success of that launch, selling agent Douglas Newman Good released a further 100 houses and apartments for sale off-plan. 50 of those remain for sale this weekend. The units are priced from €360,000 and the first completions are scheduled for the end of next year. The majority of homes in this release will be ready for occupation in 2008.
The agent has also produced a multi-lingual step-by-step buyers guide in English, Irish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Filipino...
