Furnished Manchester apartments for sale

Property investment firm the Prestige Group has acquired 88 furnished apartments in the Salford Quays area of Manchester, and is now selling them on to individual investors.

The company has paid €25 million for the one and twobedroom units,which are located in the Riverside Court scheme. It is selling them on at a discount to the second phase of the development, which is due to come onto themarket next spring.
