Furlong Investments, the flooring company owned by Kildare gambler Noel Furlong, had a turnover of €111 million last year, an increase of seven per cent on the previous year.
However, the company’s pre-tax profit fell almost 30 per cent to €3.1 million for the year ending June 30, 2005, according to accounts just filed.
In the previous year, the company made a pre-tax profit of €4 million on turnover of €104 million.
