Textile firm Fruit of the Loom International Limited have posted a pre-tax loss of €2.5 million, having recorded a profit of €1.5 million the previous year.

Textile firm Fruit of the Loom International Limited have posted a pre-tax loss of €2.5 million, having recorded a profit of €1.5 million the previous year.

According to accounts just filed, the group’s revenues rose slightly from €201.5 million to €204 million in the 12 months to the end of December last. The loss can be attributed to a rise in cotton prices affecting the cost of sales and a €4.6 million rise in administration...
