Estate agent Ken MacDonald and mortgage broker Frank Conway are poised to launch a debt mediation service for troubled borrowers. The duo set up Credecare in December, according to filings in the Companies Office.

Estate agent Ken MacDonald and mortgage broker Frank Conway are poised to launch a debt mediation service for troubled borrowers. The duo set up Credecare in December, according to filings in the Companies Office.

The new company is a sister company of the Irish Mortgage Corporation, in which MacDonald and Conway are already shareholders. It is expected to advertise for staff this week.
