The chief executive of Fresh, the Dublin supermarket chain, has parted company with the upmarket retailer after just over a year in the job.

The chief executive of Fresh, the Dublin supermarket chain, has parted company with the upmarket retailer after just over a year in the job.

Conor Whelan, a former senior executive with retail giant BWG, joined Fresh last year to spearhead a €100 million expansion plan. However, he tendered his resignation in recent days and has now left the company.
