French firm makes Irish debut with €45 million purchase
La Française Group, a French-based asset management firm with €64 billion in assets, has acquired 21 Charlemont in Dublin 2 from Rohan Holdings for €45 million. Savills Ireland acted for the management firm in this, its first entry into the Irish market.
The building is located in the heart of Dublin’s central business district overlooking the Grand Canal. The Grade A property comprises 37,000 square feet of office space in a six-storey over-basement office building....
