France has been the destination of choice for the Irish for a number of years. Because of the huge interest in leaseback property the number of Irish landlords in France is growing by the year, so it is important to know where you stand legally.

Added to this is a growing number of tenants in guaranteed rental schemes who will also, obviously, be open to the vagaries of the market once their letting period begins.
