A French company has said it was denied the opportunity to make an offer for Siteserv which Denis O’Brien is expected to acquire this week for €45 million, according to a report.

Labour ministers have made clear their unease about Government members interacting with Denis O’Brien, said reports.

French company Altrad has said it was denied the opportunity to make an offer for Irish company Siteserv which Denis O’Brien is expected to acquire this week for €45 million, according to a report in the *Irish Times*.
