French air-traffic controllers start 3-day strike

Hundreds of flights to and from French airports have been cancelled: airlines affected include Air France-KLM Group, Lufthansa, Ryanair and EasyJet.

Air-traffic controllers in France are beginning a three-day strike to protest against EU plans to create a single European airspace.

Hundreds of flights to and from French airports have been cancelled: airlines affected include Air France-KLM Group, Lufthansa, Ryanair and EasyJet.
