Investment company Franklin Templeton increased its stake in the listed Irish property investment vehicle Green Reit last week.

Investment company Franklin Templeton increased its stake in the listed Irish property investment vehicle Green Reit last week, with the US fund management giant taking its holding up to 13.55 per cent.

The mutual fund company, which has more than €800 billion in assets under management and one of the biggest holders of Irish sovereign bonds, is now one of the principal investors in the real estate investment trust (Reit).
