The site of the home that fetched the highest price during the property boom has been earmarked for four new houses.

Walford, on Shrewsbury Road in Dublin 4, sold for a reported €58 million in 2005. The buyer, a "best-kept secret" at the time, was eventually established by *The Sunday Business Post* to have been property magnate Sean Dunne, in trust for his wife Gayle Killilea.
