Cork City Council has instructed Lisney to offer a development opportunity in a landmark location at Parnell Place, in the heart of the city, for sale for €1.95 million.

The building and site at 7-9 Parnell Place would allow for a quality commercial/mixed use development which balances redevelopment and conservation. The properties extend through to Deane Street, covering an overall site area of about 0.45 acres, (or 0.182 hectares).
