Former Fianna Fail TD for Limerick West Michael Collins has said he is reviewing the book of evidence in his criminal tax-evasion case and has not yet decided how he will plead.

Former Fianna Fail TD for Limerick West Michael Collins has said he is reviewing the book of evidence in his criminal tax-evasion case and has not yet decided how he will plead.

Collins, now an independent TD, will appear in Limerick District Court on September 28 on tax fraud charges. He was remanded on bail at Newcastle West on July 11. The criminal charges arose from a three-year investigation by the Garda national fraud bureau...
