The former Talk Talk call centre premises in Waterford City has been sold for a price believed to be in the region of €500,000.

The property, which measures 41,300 square feet and is situated in the IDA Industrial Park in Waterford City, has been sold to the Schivo Group, which manufactures high precision mechanical assemblies for the medical device and aerospace industries.
