The government-appointed administrators of Quinn Insurance have sold a giant wind farm formerly controlled by the insurer for €100 million. The deal for the Slieve Rushen wind farm in Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, will see London-based renewable energy specialist Platina Partners take stewardship of the project, which is thought to generate between €18-€20 million per year in revenues.
