Former Dragons' Den panellist launches food start-up fund

Former Dragon’s Den star Sean O’Sullivan has founded a new venture to invest seed finance in early stage food and drinks industry companies.

O’Sullivan is launching Food X, an international accelerator fund dedicated to businesses in that market.
