A multi-million euro lawsuit has been lodged against Tom Roche, the chairman of utilities and infrastructure giant NTR, relating to the now-defunct mining company, Bula Mines.

A multi-million euro lawsuit has been lodged against Tom Roche, the chairman of utilities and infrastructure giant NTR, relating to the now-defunct mining company, Bula Mines.
Richard Wymes, Roche’s former business partner and his one time brother-in-law, has initiated High Court proceedings against the businessman, claiming that he is owed significant damages.
The case was last week admitted to the Commercial Court, a division within the High Court that expedites large scale business...
