Forget about cold turkey

Having rediscovered wonderfully flavoursome turkey over the festive season, I've been trying to use it in more dishes, writes Lilly Higgins.

Minced turkey seems to be quite difficult to find in most supermarkets. Once I do actually come across a packet it usually looks quite grey and unappetising and, as with most pre-packed mince, I'm always a little dubious as to its quality.

Having rediscovered wonderfully flavoursome turkey over the festive season, I've been trying to use it in more dishes; making some form of turkey cake has been high on my list of 'must makes'.
