Alan Mulally, chief executive officer of Ford Motor Company, said he plans to stay with America's second biggest automaker through 2014 and won’t leave for Microsoft, underscoring the challenge of finding a new CEO to run the world’s largest software maker.

“I would like to end the Microsoft speculation because I have no other plans to do anything other than serve Ford,” Mulally, 68, told the Associated Press in an interview yesterday....
