Footfall at the country's busiest shopping centre rose during the first half of the year on the back of good sales in menswear and childrens-wear, but ladieswear and cosmetics remained challenging.

Don Nugent, manager of Dundrum Town Centre, told *The Sunday Business Post* that visitor numbers were up by 2 per cent from last year.
