As the evenings lengthen, markets and food stores fill up with superb spring produce. Graham Neville, chef at Restaurant Forty One, has a dinner party menu to welcome the season.
Spring is nature's great awakening, the slumber over and the land rested. This year, the awakening has been earlier and warmer than normal. In some ways, it's disconcerting that it's warm so early, and there's a wider debate around this. But at least it's encouraging us to get out there and begin taking advantage of what the season offers.
