In a pizza restaurant in London, Valentine Warner is reminiscing about the four years he spent living on the edge of Lough Swilly in Co Donegal. The food writer and TV cook - he's a trained chef, but prefers to describe himself as a cook - is the son of a half-Irish mother, and has fond memories of his time here.
