In the two years since Edward Spelman joined Dunhill Cuisine as managing director, the firm has trebled its workforce and traded strongly.

The firm makes chilled meals and supplies some of the biggest shop chains in the country, including Dunnes Stores, Superquinn and SuperValu, as well as contract catering companies.
